洒水车几种常见的不良现象的解决方法

一、不良现象:洒水车发起机点不着火
1. Bad Phenomena: Sprinkler Starter does not catch fire
缘由:洒水车发起机的启动靠电瓶的电流推进火花塞点火完成,因而,启动系统呈现缺点,很可能由于电瓶生锈或者电瓶滴漏构成。

缘由:洒水车发起机的废气经高温发作氧化作用,很可能招致排气系统透露。绿色颐养:检查排气系统的管路、接口处(特别是消音器等)能否被废气腐蚀,接口垫有没有被冲坏。若发现排气系统透露,应及时修理或改换透露部件。每年检查一次不只可以保证排气系统正常运转,更重要的是减少尾气中有害物质对环境的污染。

三、不良现象:洒水车油耗不时增加

缘由:油耗增加的缘由很多,最常见又容易被我们忽略的是对轮胎气压的检查。洒水车轮胎气压缺乏不只会招致行驶阻力增加,构成油耗上升,还会影响洒水车轮胎的运用寿命。
Reasons: There are many reasons for the increase in fuel consumption. The most common and easily overlooked reason is the inspection of tire pressure. Lack of air pressure on sprinkler tyres will not only increase driving resistance and fuel consumption, but also affect the service life of sprinkler tyres.
颐养:自备胎压丈量器,经常检查洒水车轮胎气压。切记不要遗忘备胎的检查,以免急需改换轮胎时才发现备胎曾经没气。气温高时胎压会比平常要高一些,因此在冷天或阴凉处丈量胎压比较准确。经常轮胎每行驶1万公里要互换位置,避免前后磨损程度相差太大。假设需求改换磨损严重的轮胎,最好两个或4个一同换,纹路相同的轮胎可以前后交叉改换。另外,折线花纹的轮胎可以有助于俭省燃油。

四、不良现象:洒水车发起机动力性能降落,油耗增加,喷嘴堵塞

缘由:这很可能是由于长时间未改换机油、机油滤清器、空气滤清器和油滤清器构成油料熄灭不充分、洒水车发起机积碳增加等问题惹起的。
Reasons: This may be due to the long time not to change the oil, oil filter, air filter and oil filter composition of oil extinguishing inadequate, sprinkler start engine carbon deposition increase and other issues.
颐养:建议机油、机油滤清器每行驶约5000公里就要改换一次,洒水车空气滤清器和油滤清器每行驶1万公里需求中止改换,否则空气、燃油和机油中的杂质会构成零件磨损和堵塞油路,从而影响洒水车发起机正常运转。
