Also check whether the positioning device of the shift piece is in good condition.
Therefore, the transmission is removed from the trolley and thoroughly disassembled for overall inspection. Replace suspect parts, reassemble and adjust. After retesting, the situation of five grid jumping has not changed.

Through the above inspection, the possibility of transmission problem is eliminated. Then check whether the center line of the crankshaft of the diesel engine block deviates too much from the center line of the flywheel housing. Model test: the diameter of 152 mm hole of crankshaft flywheel housing bottom is 0.35 mm (the standard value should not exceed 0.2 mm), and the outer edge of the center line of non-permeability crankshaft flywheel housing bottom should be 1.5 mm (the standard value should not exceed 0.2 mm). With such a large deviation, when the transmission device is installed and fixed on the flywheel housing, the transmission device must first increase the shaft runout. As a direct block, five blocks are directly affected by the first axis, and the influence of jumping block is not surprising. Through understanding, in the three-level maintenance of the car, the flywheel housing was replaced.
After the flywheel housing is reinstalled, the model and non Sustainability (that is, the type of increase and decrease adjustment between the cylinder block and flywheel housing) are adjusted and inspected. Within the standard range, the transmission will reinstall the second test vehicle and eliminate the phenomenon of five jumping blocks.
